Salesforce Solution Architect

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Solution Architect to lead the design of complex, scalable, and resilient Salesforce solutions for our enterprise clients facing "technical debt" issues. You will be responsible for the final technical vision, ensuring the architecture supports both current and future business goals, particularly integrating with ERP/WMS systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end technical designs and architectural blueprints for large-scale Salesforce implementations (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CGC, etc.).
• Conduct high-level Technical Audits and Code Reviews to identify sources of technical debt, scalability issues, and performance bottlenecks.
• Design integration solutions between Salesforce and external systems (ERP, WMS, financial systems) using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, or other platforms.
• Lead the Gap Analysis process and prioritize the roadmap, including data migration strategies.
• Provide technical leadership to development teams, setting coding and security standards, and recommending the use of declarative/code tools.
• Document architectural decisions and ensure adherence to architectural standards and Salesforce best practices.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience on the Salesforce platform, with 3+ years in a Solution Architect or Technical Architect role.
• Possession of a Salesforce Certified Application Architect or Salesforce Certified System Architect certification (or on the path to obtaining one).
• Deep knowledge of data modeling, data governance, security, and environment management.
• Experience designing and leading complex integrations (APIs, synchronous/asynchronous patterns).
• Excellent understanding of declarative tools (Flow, Process Builder) and custom development (Apex, LWC).
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills for collaborating with technical and business stakeholders.
