Technical Business Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Business Analyst with a strong background in technical documentation and API analysis. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience translating business needs into clear, detailed technical requirements and collaborating closely with engineering teams to deliver scalable, efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including process flows, data mappings, and system integration guides.
• Conduct API analysis, documentation, and integration mapping to support internal and external systems.
• Collaborate with software developers, QA, and project managers to ensure business and technical alignment.
• Evaluate existing systems and propose improvements for performance, scalability, and efficiency.
• Facilitate meetings between business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and clarify deliverables.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure business objectives are met in final implementations.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical business analyst or similar role.
• Proven experience in creating detailed technical documentation and process workflows.
• Strong understanding of APIs (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML) and experience with API documentation tools (e.g., Swagger, Postman).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured and detail-oriented approach.
• Fluent English—both written and verbal—with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.
• Familiarity with software development life cycles (Agile, Scrum, or Kanban).
• Hands-on experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms.

Nice to Have

• Experience with data analysis or SQL.
• Background in SaaS, e-commerce, or enterprise platforms.
• Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) or Agile methodologies.
