HR Team Lead

Required Experience:

• At least 5 years of professional experience (in HR roles).
• Experience working in the international companies.
• Practical experience in creating and implementing HR projects and managing team.
• Experience in developing long-term and short-term HR projects.
• English, at least at the upper- intermediate level.
   

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the HR function, ensuring effective support for managers and employees, and driving engagement and retention initiatives;
• Design, implement, and manage HR processes, including performance management, talent management frameworks, succession planning, and leadership programs;
• Oversee HRMS optimization;
• Create and maintain HR analytics, dashboards, and reports to support data-driven decision-making;
• Lead and mentor the HR team (5 professionals), providing guidance, coaching, and professional development opportunities;
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth HR service delivery;
• Build a culture of openness, accountability, and continuous improvement within the HR team and across the company.
