Content Marketing Manager

We are now looking for a Content Marketing Manager to lead our content strategy — from idea to impact. And help us strengthen our voice in the market.

Shape and execute content strategy
- Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy focused on demand generation, conversion, and account-based marketing (ABM).
- Own the entire content lifecycle — from ideation and creation to optimization and multi-channel distribution.
Build a strong brand presence on social media
- Lead our corporate social media channels (LinkedIn, X, Medium).
- Manage and grow the personal brand of our CEO on social platforms.
- Craft and schedule engaging posts that build thought leadership and community engagement.
- Use AI tools to repurpose and scale content efficiently.
Create high-impact content
- Produce compelling, client-facing materials — articles, blog posts, white papers, and opinion pieces.
- Write persuasive landing page copy that drives conversions and supports marketing campaigns.
- Leverage LLMs and other AI automation tools to enhance content development and quality.
Collaborate with partners
- Work closely with partners on co-branded content initiatives and joint announcements.
- Provide social media and content support for partner events.
- Fully manage webinars and fireside chats, from content creation to speaker coordination.
Drive engagement through email marketing
- Lead the creation of newsletters, digests, and targeted content campaigns that keep our audience informed and inspired.
Track impact and optimize performance
- Monitor and analyze content performance metrics.
- Use data-driven insights to refine and optimize strategy.
- Present results and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
To be successful in this role, you have:
- English level C1+.
- Proven experience in content marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong understanding of content strategy, demand generation, and ABM principles.
- Excellent writing and editing skills with strong attention to detail.
- Hands-on experience managing and growing social media channels.
- Practical knowledge of HubSpot and Zoom Webinars.
- Proficiency in using AI tools for content creation and automation.
A Plus If You Have:
- Master’s degree in English Linguistics, Journalism, or a related field.
