Technical Project Manager Assistant (offline)

Our product is a sales platform with multiple tools that help marketing and sales teams building outreach campaigns from scratch. Most of our customers are from the US and Europe.

The successful candidate will work together with teams that build and run its own well-established and startup projects. We have an strong need for a Technical Project Manager Assistant to join our current team and work alongside with two Project Managers and help them in completing their tasks. Assist Project Managers in the management and delivering of the day to day operational duties.

Here are some of the routing tasks:
*as a Project Manager project plans, tasks, add new tasks, properly *document tasks and set them;
*find and test API solutions of 3rd parties to see if they fit our needs and help build our platform;
*contact other companies and negotiate business opportunities/compliance etc;
*research product niche and competition to find new opportunities in project development.

Key Skillset:
*you should be able to communicate using strong emotional intelligent *skills and have project management experience;
*have experience in running a project as a project manager/owner;
*be able to have at least intermediate English, preferably fluent enough to speak and write to customers and other businesses;
*coordinate with multiple teams involved in solution implementation, testing and deployment;
*basic programming skills in any language, pre-junior level is fine.
