The company has 1000 employees across 20 offices who are focused on accelerating digital transformation.

About the role:
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to oversee the delivery of AI and data-driven solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and agile execution. The PM will facilitate cross-team collaboration and continuous improvement.

Required skills:
- 8+ years of experience as a Product Manager in technology projects.
- Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end delivery of AI or data products.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Ability to align technical and business stakeholders.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities:
- Lead agile product development cycles.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders and teams.
- Organize and lead Scrum ceremonies.
- Drive continuous improvement and remove impediments.
- Support in executing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the product meets client and user needs.
- Align with business objectives, and deliver value to end-users.
