We provide experts with a full 360° promotion cycle — from brand packaging and product matrix to marketing, lead generation and sales.
Our team consists of more than 200 specialists from different countries working in a single rhythm and value field.

📌 Context
At this stage of business development, HR and TA departments need to be reformed. The main tasks are to build a full-fledged HR department with a recruiting management function. Focus on achieving business goals, corporate culture and team development.

🎯 Tasks
- formation of HR strategy;
- building effective HR and TA departments;
- building and configuring all current processes in the field of personnel management;
- ensuring the influx of qualified and promising specialists;

Who are we looking for
- Experience building HR functions “from scratch” or deep restructuring of existing processes. 
- A systematic approach to the development of the department within the framework of business development;
- Understanding and experience working with dynamic and fast-growing teams (TIER 1, 2, 3 markets);
- Willingness to work "off the template", adapt solutions and experiment;
- The skill of building a balance between “flexibility" and consistency;
- Experience in creative, educational, production or digital companies will be an advantage;
- English language proficiency at the C1+ level.
