Responsibilities:

• Managing the full recruitment cycle for junior level vacancies.
• Searching for candidates on job portals, social networks, etc.
• Work with various CRM systems, Google Workspace.
• Finding new sources to attract candidates.
• Participation in HR projects of the company.

Requirements:

• Recruiting experience of 1 year.
• Knowledge of evaluating candidates by the STAR, PARLA.
• Knowledge of modern and different methods of search and recruitment.
• Experience of communication with Hiring manager.
• Flexibility, ability to work in a team.
• Readiness to work for results and achieve business goals.
• Good verbal and written communication.
• Ability to speak English at B1 level or above will be an advantage.
