About us: Peanut Trade is a proprietary trading firm and fair-MEV market maker. We partner with token projects on market making, trading, and token launch services across DEX/CEX.
Team Setup
- There are currently two Sales teams.
- This opening is in the team with 3 Sales/BD + a Sales Lead.
- You’ll collaborate closely with Trading, Research, and Marketing.
🎯 Role Overview
As a Sales Representative, you will drive new client acquisition and revenue growth as Peanut Trade expands across Asia. This is a full-cycle sales role: you will source, manage, and close deals with token projects, founders, and Web3 ecosystems—directly shaping Peanut Trade’s global presence. You’ll also attend top crypto conferences and build your own portfolio of high-value clients and partnerships.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Outreach: Source and onboard token projects for market making, trading, and token launch services.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with leads, partners, founders, and advisors.
- Sales Process Management: Run intro calls, discovery, and presentations; serve as the primary point of contact and ensure smooth collaboration.
- Deal Closing: Own the full cycle from first contact to signed agreements; hand off to CSM & Trading for execution.
- Client Retention: Nurture long-term relationships and drive repeat and upsell opportunities.
- Market Presence: Represent the company at conferences, side events, and networking sessions globally.
✅ Requirements
- 1–3+ years of experience in sales or business development.
- Hands-on deal sourcing, outbound sales, and B2B deal closing.
- Existing network across token projects, exchanges, VCs, or advisors.
- Readiness to travel to major crypto events and conferences.
- Strong English (C1+), clear written & verbal communication.
- Proven full-cycle motion (prospecting → discovery → proposal → negotiation → closing).
🌟 Ideal Profile
- Proven Sales in Web3/Exchanges/MM (you carry a number and hit it; not just BD).
- Fluent English (second language is a plus).
- Conference-native: you plan calendars, run back-to-back meetings, and convert post-event.
- Curious, energetic, and willing to deep-dive into crypto quickly.
- Lifestyle fit for frequent travel; self-managed and reliable.
- Nice-to-have: active hobbies (travel, karting/motorsport, combat sports, mountaineering), second language.
- Bonus: experience selling CEX listings.

Consistent strong performance can lead to Senior Sales Representative, Regional Sales Lead, Team Lead, or other strategic roles aligned with your strengths and the company’s long-term plans.
