Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager with technical background in development or QA, who can effectively manage complex projects. You will be responsible for leading teams to deliver high-quality solutions and optimizing the development processes, ensuring smooth collaboration between technical teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead e-commerce projects by guiding the team to define, plan, deliver, and support high-quality solutions.
• Ensure that Agile and traditional practices are consistently applied across all teams.
• Prepare and provide regular updates to clients and management.
• Develop and approve release schedules with technical teams and the business, ensuring timely execution.
• Ensure proper interaction with all stakeholders, including clients, to discuss product functionality, performance, and support.
• Identify and resolve issues in the software development process, continuously improving team practices.

• Foster an environment of trust, collaboration, and accountability within teams to achieve high performance.

   

Required Skills:

• Experience in a technical field (devOps, QA, front-end/back-end), preferrably in e-commerce domain).
• Experience in managing and optimizing backlogs, effective planning of tasks and priorities.
• Strong communication skills: ability to convey technical ideas clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, make decisions, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• In-depth understanding of the software development process and experience managing projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organisational abilities.
• Understanding of CI/CD processes and automating testing.
• B1+ level English, for effective communication with international clients and teams.

• 2-3 years of experience in a technical field (devOps, QA, front-end/back-end), preferrably in e-commerce domain).

   

Interview Stages:

1. First interview with HR (up to 1 hour): general questions, motivation, experience.
2. Second interview with the Delivery Manager (up to 2 hours): case studies, technical skills assessment.
