Our products are skyrocketing (literally!), and with our rapid expansion, we’re looking for a cool Amazon Account Health Specialist to join our team and ensure our accounts are always in top shape.

First of all, you’ll be the first line of defense for our Amazon accounts. You’ll play a key role in protecting our brand, minimizing risk, and keeping our listings profitable. If you love solving problems, digging into Amazon’s backend, and being the calm in the chaos — this is your arena.

What we’re looking for:

  • Have a solid understanding of Amazon’s compliance policies and internal systems.
  • Are fluent in English (written & spoken).
  • Are highly organized and comfortable juggling multiple cases at once.
  • Take ownership of your role.

What you’ll do:

  • Daily monitoring of Amazon account health, including tracking policy violations, restricted products, FBA investigations, open cases, and potential risks.
  • Quick identification and communication of any account issues to internal teams — no surprises.
  • Handling listing and ASIN reinstatements — you know how to get things unblocked fast.
  • Coordinating with Amazon Support and collaborating with internal account managers to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Keeping the team updated on the latest Amazon policy changes and how they affect our operations.
  • Monitoring negative reviews (1-3 stars) and ensuring swift, professional follow-up through customer care.

Bonus Points If You:

  • Have prior experience handling complex Amazon account issues or working directly with Amazon support teams.
  • Have experience in an e-commerce or Amazon agency environment.
