Customer Support / Order Management Specialist

About the Role:
Seezona is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Support & Order Management Specialist to handle daily operations related to orders, shipments, and returns. You will be the bridge between our customers, warehouse, and logistics partners — ensuring smooth order processing and exceptional customer experience, even when things get a bit tense.

 

Key Responsibilities:
    •    Manage incoming orders and ensure all recent orders are processed and shipped on time.
    •    Handle return requests — track customers asking for return labels and coordinate timely processing.
    •    Communicate with customers regarding refunds for returned orders, resolving disputes with professionalism and empathy.
    •    Maintain accurate records of all shipments, returns, and refunds.
    •    Collaborate with internal team to ensure efficient workflow and excellent service standards.

 

Requirements:
    •    Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
    •    Patience and resilience when dealing with frustrated or upset customers.
    •    Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
    •    Experience with e-commerce order management systems (Shopify, Zendesk, etc.) is a plus.
    •    Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
