This role requires a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to translate business needs into actionable reports and dashboards.
Key Responsibilities

- Develop and enhance analytical tools and financial reports in Google Sheets (using advanced formulas such as QUERY, ARRAYFORMULA, FILTER, MATCH, INDEX, LET).
- Automate manual workflows with formulas and Google Apps Script (e.g., data imports, copy-paste automations, range protections).
- Maintain data consistency across multiple sheets and sources; identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Improve existing reports to enhance accuracy, performance, and user experience.
- Create visual dashboards and charts in Google Sheets or Excel to communicate insights clearly.
- Collaborate closely with the Finance and cross-functional teams to align on data needs and reporting formats.
- Translate business requirements into meaningful financial insights and structured reporting templates.
- Document processes and data structures to ensure transparency and maintainability.
- Proactively suggest new approaches, automation ideas, and data visualization techniques to improve efficiency.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in financial data analysis, reconciliations, and building analytical reports in Google Sheets/Excel.
Technical Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel formulas (e.g., QUERY, LOOKUP (V/H/X), FILTER, MATCH, etc.).
- Experience with Google Apps Script for maintaining automation scripts.
- Strong understanding of data collection, cleaning, validation, and management of large datasets (10k+ rows).
Nice to Have:
- Experience creating dashboards and visualizations in Google Sheets, Excel, or BI tools (Looker Studio, Power BI, etc.).
- Familiarity with version control, workflow documentation, or collaborative reporting environments.
Soft Skills
- High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proactive mindset — comfortable proposing new ideas and process improvements.
- Strong communication skills to understand business needs and present insights effectively.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while maintaining precision and accountability.
Why You Should Consider This Opportunity

- Paid vacation & sick leave, plus an extra day off for your birthday.
- Competitive compensation that fairly reflects your expertise and impact.
- Engaging corporate events to learn, share experience, and grow with like-minded professionals.
