Who are we looking for?
๐ผ A responsible Sales Manager to work on the Turkish line of our contact center.
๐น๏ธ Your main task is to promote and sell our gaming brands to customers, working remotely and using your sales skills to achieve outstanding results.
What we expect:
โ๏ธ At least 2 year of experience in sales, call center or customer support.
๐ Fluent Turkish for communication with clients (Russian or English will be a plus).
๐ฃ๏ธ Strong persuasion and negotiation skills, ability to handle objections effectively.
โก Stress resistance, friendliness and a positive attitude.
๐ป Access to your own PC or laptop.
Your responsibilities:
๐ Active sales of gaming products to clients in Turkish via outbound calls.
๐ Handling objections and finding solutions to close deals successfully.
๐ก Maintaining a high level of service and building long-term client relationships.
๐ Sharing relevant information with other departments when necessary.
๐ Proposing ideas to improve sales processes and increase conversion rates.
