UX/UI Designer

We’re looking for an experienced Designer to join our team and work on an AdTech product. Our focus is on continuously improving the experience, simplifying complex workflows, delivering a product that feels professional and easy to use. We value clear, consistent, predictable design that’s thoughtful down to the last detail.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in product design. 
• Practical research skills that lead to actionable results. 
• Ability to run audits, deliver convincing presentations, plan for large-scale deliverables. 
• Proficiency in Figma (Components, Auto-layout, Design tokens).
• Good presentation and articulation skills.

Applications will be considered only with a portfolio that includes detailed case studies (SaaS, B2B). 
A test assignment may be part of the recruitment process.

Job responsibilities:

• Owning and delivering design tasks with a focus on clarity, consistency, and quality
• Initiating and conducting researches to uncover insights and validate decisions
• Running audits to identify usability and consistency improvements
• Collaborating with Product Owners and Engineers to refine scope and ensure smooth delivery
• Maintaining and pedantically update the design kit
• Actively participating in product and design ceremonies
• Following and contributing to design leadership direction
