Business Operation Manager

The Role
We are seeking a multi-talented Office Manager / Business Operations Manager to join our Kyiv office. This is a diverse role that offers a unique opportunity to be involved in various aspects of our business. The successful candidate will be a key player in our daily operations and will have the chance to grow with the company. The position is a blend of client-facing responsibilities, project management, and administrative duties, making it ideal for a proactive and adaptable professional.

make-it.run is a dynamic and innovative software development company with a head office in Estonia and a growing presence in Kyiv, Ukraine. We specialize in engineering perfectly crafted applications for startups, utilizing a modern tech stack that includes TypeScript, Node.js, React, and Next.js. The role will be divided into three main areas:
•Lead Generation, Client Relationship Management, and Content Creation (35%):
•Identify and cultivate new business opportunities.
•Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients.
•Develop engaging content for our new website, showcasing our projects and expertise.

•Project Management (35%):
•Oversee various software projects from inception to completion.
•Receive comprehensive training in SCRUM and AGILE methodologies to effectively manage project workflows.
•No prior project management experience is necessary, as we will provide the training and support you need to succeed.

•Office Management and HR (30%):
•Manage day-to-day office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment.
•Handle administrative tasks, including paying bills and managing supplies.
•Assist with HR-related duties, such as onboarding new employees.
