Tallium is looking for a proactive HR Manager / Operations Specialist to join our team and help us build a strong, engaging, and people-centered culture!

Responsibilities:

 

Employee Lifecycle:

β€” Support new hires from offer to the end of the probation period;

β€” Organize onboarding meetings and collect feedback;

β€” Support employees throughout their journey, including offboarding and exit interviews.

 

Talent Growth & Performance:

β€” Coordinate learning and development initiatives and budgets;

β€” Administer internal trainings, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions;

β€” Assist in organizing Performance Reviews.

 

Engagement & Retention:

β€” Conduct surveys (welcome, pulse, eNPS, exit);

β€” Support employees with daily HR requests;

β€” Help improve retention and develop loyalty programs;

β€” Organize 1:1 meetings and monitor team well-being.

 

Corporate Life & Communications:

β€” Manage internal HR communications (news, greetings, announcements);

β€” Organize online/offline corporate events, celebrations, and team buildings;

β€” Maintain company traditions and gift programs.

 

HR Operations:

β€” Work with contracts and documentation (FOP, NDA, etc.);

β€” Maintain HRM systems (vacations, sick leaves, employee data);

β€” Collaborate with accounting on payroll and benefits;

β€” Maintain HR Knowledge Base and contribute to process improvement.

 

Requirements:

 

β€” Higher education (or a student from 3rd year and above);

β€” Basic understanding of HR processes (offers, onboarding, probation, etc.);

β€” Strong organizational and multitasking skills;

β€” Excellent communication skills and empathy;

β€” Confident user of Google Workspace, eager to automate and optimize processes;

β€” Ukrainian β€” fluent; English β€” B2+ level is a big plus;

β€” Responsible, flexible, open to learning, and detail-oriented team player.
