General QA Enineer (Manual/Automation)

Hello!
We are looking for a QA Engineer who can take ownership of product quality and help us build a solid testing process from the ground up.
The role combines manual and automation testing (approximately 50/50) — you’ll be able to decide which cases to automate and which to cover manually.
Our product is an AI-driven patent analytics platform built on Microsoft Azure, combining smart agents and RAG-based approaches.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to influence testing strategy and grow with a product team that values initiative and innovation.

📍 Location: Lviv (hybrid format — presence in Lviv is mandatory)

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in manual testing of web applications (UI / API)
• Basic experience with test automation (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, etc.)
• Experience with Postman, Swagger, Git
• Understanding of test design techniques and QA methodologies
• English — Upper-Intermediate (B2)+
• Experience using or willingness to use AI tools to improve testing efficiency (for example, ChatGPT, Testim, Mabl, Katalon AI, or similar)
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and proactive mindset

Will Be an Advantage

• Experience with Azure, CI/CD pipelines, or API automation
• Familiarity with performance or load testing tools
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum teams
• Interest in AI-driven products and innovation
