CRM / Retention Manager Offline
As part of the launch of a new project, we are looking for a CRM Manager who will play a key role in setting up the CRM system and establishing effective user communication flows.
You will use Smartico CRM to build and automate customer journeys, analyze player behavior, and implement strategies to boost engagement and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collecting and analyzing CRM campaign results to evaluate performance and effectiveness.
- Segmenting the player base according to activity, preferences, and behavior.
- Supporting the execution of CRM campaigns (email, push, SMS, in-app).
- Setting up and managing the Smartico CRM platform.
- Driving user activation and retention.
- Optimizing the customer journey and lifecycle touchpoints.
Requirements:
- 2+ year of experience as a CRM or Retention Manager in iGaming or IT.
- Proven experience with CRM systems (Smartico experience is a strong advantage).
- Proficiency in analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Strong data management and analysis skills, including handling large data sets.
- Experience in building segmentation strategies and managing the player lifecycle.
- Solid understanding of key marketing metrics and KPIs: Retention, ARPU, Churn Rate, LTV, etc.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration with development, design, and marketing teams.
- Creativity in developing engaging and original campaign ideas.
- Experience in designing bonus systems or loyalty programs.
English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher.
Nice to have:
