Requirements:

• Upper-Intermediate English or higher
• Ability to speak confidently on the phone with a wide range of candidates based in the US
• Ability to manage a high quantity of calls
• Personal laptop or PC (we will provide you with the corporate laptop after 6 months of work)
• Good MS Office skills Outlook, Word, and Excel

• Availability to work during the following fixed schedule Monday through Friday: from 3 pm till midnight Kyiv time (8 hours with a 1-hour dinner break)

   

Responsibilities:

• Recruit top talent for various job openings in IT, engineering, manufacturing, finance, marketing, etc.
• Conduct screening phone calls with qualified candidates preselected for you by a team of sourcers
• Assist in arranging interviews for qualified candidates with our clients
• Cooperate with the team of Account Managers based in the US on selecting the best candidates for our clients' job openings.
