Requirements:
β 2β4 years of experience in analytics, preferably in CRM, marketing, or product teams
β Experience with Python ( basic - middle level)
β Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.)
β Strong understanding of retention metrics (LTV, churn, ARPU, cohort analysis)
β Experience working with CDP/ESP tools and marketing data structures
β High attention to detail and ability to interpret data into actionable insights
Responsibilities:
β Design and maintain CRM dashboards to track campaign and lifecycle performance
β Support segmentation development and validate logic for manual/automated groups
β Build reports on key metrics: engagement, bonus ROI, retention impact
β Monitor data quality, event tracking, and attribution setup
β Collaborate with Retention managers to evaluate A/B tests and optimize campaigns
β Proactively identify growth opportunities and gaps through user behavior analysis
