The Project

 

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tech Lead to spearhead the technical design, development, and delivery of a new enterprise-level solution. This project is at the intersection of customer relationship management (CRM) and contact center operations. This role is critical in ensuring the technical vision aligns with business objectives and that the solution is scalable, secure, and performant.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

 

Technical Leadership & Mentorship

 

  • Serve as the technical authority for the project, guiding a team of developers and solution architects.
  • Design, architect, and oversee the implementation of end-to-end solutions involving Salesforce FSC and integrations with contact center technologies.
  • Ensure all technical solutions adhere to Salesforce best practices and enterprise integration patterns.
  • Conduct code reviews, provide technical mentorship, and foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

 

Solution Design & Integration

 

  • Architect the integration between the contact center platform and Salesforce to enable seamless call routing, screen pops, and data synchronization.
  • Translate complex business requirements from the financial services domain into scalable technical designs on the Salesforce FSC platform.

 

Project Execution & Stakeholder Management

 

  • Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and business stakeholders to define technical scope and delivery timelines.
  • Manage and coordinate technical deliverables across multiple teams, including offshore and onshore resources.
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.


The Team

 

As a Tech Lead, you will be an integral part of a dedicated, cross-functional team designed for rapid, quality delivery. You will work closely with:

  • A Project Manager (PM): Responsible for managing scope, timelines, and stakeholder communication.
  • Business Analysts (BAs): Translating complex client needs into clear, actionable requirements.
  • A Team of Salesforce Developers: Executing the technical vision through declarative and programmatic development.
  • Dedicated QA Engineers: Ensuring the quality, performance, and reliability of the delivered solution.

Required Skills and Experience

 

  • Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in software development.
  • Deep, hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform, including declarative and programmatic development (Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Aura).
  • Experience with Salesforce Financial Service Cloud (FSC) and its core features (e.g., Household data model, Action Plans, Life Events, Financial Accounts).
  • Understanding of contact center technologies and experience integrating them with Salesforce.
  • Strong knowledge of integration patterns (API-led connectivity, pub/sub, request/response) and data transformation (DataWeave).
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems (Git), and agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues across multiple platforms.

 

Nice to Have

 

  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect, FSC Accredited Professional).
  • Experience in the financial services industry.
