Lead Generation Manager
Project: The company's internal project, which is related to the generation of leads for the further sale of services
Team: 2 lead generation managers
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in a similar Lead-generation role;
- Experience working with LinkedIn and Email outreach;
- Experience with searching leads based on ICP using Sales Navigator, Crunchbase, Apollo, Dripify, GrinFi, Linked Helper or similar services;
- Experience working with Discord;
- Experience with CRM systems;
- Experience in creating messaging for outreach campaigns and automating send-outs (email, LinkedIn);
- Experience in IT is a must-have. Theoretical knowledge of software development technologies;
- Ability to analyse and compile ICP and search for leads based on it;
- Knowledge of the English language at the B1-B2 level;
Will be a plus:
- Experience in preparing for offline conferences (WebSummit, etc), as well as organising roadshows through outreach;
- Understanding of Web3 projects
Work terms:
- The trial period is 2 months, depending on the candidate's skills and availability;
- 8-hour working day;
- Holidays: 24 working days;
- Paid sick 10 days;
- 50% coverage for gyms and conference compensation.
