People Operations Manager

🧭 What makes you a great match:

  • 3+ years of experience in HR Operations or HR Administration β€” ideally in fast-paced or international companies;
  • Practical experience working with HRIS and ATS systems;
  • Familiarity with EoR platforms like Deel, Remote, or Oyster β€” direct experience is a plus, but transferable knowledge is acceptable;
  • Prior experience in writing or co-authoring HR policies, SOPs, and internal documentation;
  • Clear understanding of the concept of HR data as a β€œsingle source of truth” and the ability to maintain structured, clean data;
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain clean documentation and data integrity;
  • English β€” B2 level or higher (written and spoken);
  • Confident using tools for workflow visualization.

 

πŸ“‹ Your daily adventures:

  • Administer and maintain HRIS and ATS (data entry, updates, user structure);
  • Create, document, and maintain HR policies and processes: onboarding, offboarding, performance cycles, compensation changes;
  • Manage, automate, and optimize documentation flow in HRIS (NDA, contracts, etc.);
  • Ensure accuracy and alignment of all HR data across systems - job data, contracts, compensation, statuses, etc.;
  • Develop and visualize SOPs and workflow diagrams to clearly communicate processes across teams;
  • Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Recruitment, and HR team members to maintain consistency in operations;
  • Support HR reporting and data preparation for reviews, audits, and planning.
