People Operations Manager
π§ What makes you a great match:
- 3+ years of experience in HR Operations or HR Administration β ideally in fast-paced or international companies;
- Practical experience working with HRIS and ATS systems;
- Familiarity with EoR platforms like Deel, Remote, or Oyster β direct experience is a plus, but transferable knowledge is acceptable;
- Prior experience in writing or co-authoring HR policies, SOPs, and internal documentation;
- Clear understanding of the concept of HR data as a βsingle source of truthβ and the ability to maintain structured, clean data;
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain clean documentation and data integrity;
- English β B2 level or higher (written and spoken);
- Confident using tools for workflow visualization.
π Your daily adventures:
- Administer and maintain HRIS and ATS (data entry, updates, user structure);
- Create, document, and maintain HR policies and processes: onboarding, offboarding, performance cycles, compensation changes;
- Manage, automate, and optimize documentation flow in HRIS (NDA, contracts, etc.);
- Ensure accuracy and alignment of all HR data across systems - job data, contracts, compensation, statuses, etc.;
- Develop and visualize SOPs and workflow diagrams to clearly communicate processes across teams;
- Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Recruitment, and HR team members to maintain consistency in operations;
- Support HR reporting and data preparation for reviews, audits, and planning.
