We are an Outsourcing and Product company specialising in Shopify. Our services include website development, custom integration and developing 15 Shopify Apps for enterprises.

About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced freelance recruiter to help us attract and hire top talent for our technical team. This is a project-based collaboration — you’ll work with us to close specific roles, and new vacancies may appear on an ongoing basis as we expand.

Current open positions include:

• 2 Trainee / Junior Front-end Developer (Website development)
• Full-stack Developer (Shopify App)
• Full Stack Tech Lead (Custom Shopify integrations)

Responsibilities

• Publish and manage job listings on Djinni, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
• Source and pre-screen candidates according to defined criteria
• Organise and lead the interview process
• Maintain communication with candidates throughout all hiring stages
• Coordinate with internal team leads until the offer stage

Requirements

• Proven experience in IT recruitment (agency or in-house)
• Proficiency with LinkedIn and job platforms such as Djinni
• Excellent communication and candidate management skills
• Responsible and self-driven approach to closing vacancies
