Talent Acquisition Specialist/ Recruiter

Unicore Group is a tech company combining IT outstaffing, digital marketing, and affiliate projects.
We develop our own performance marketing and iGaming initiatives and help partners scale their business through high-performing teams and effective media strategies.

We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and strengthen our Affiliate & Marketing direction.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and attract top talent for roles such as Affiliate Manager, Business Development Manager, Media Buyer, and Account Manager.
• Source candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, Telegram, Facebook, niche communities, and professional forums.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating hiring stages.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline within the affiliate and marketing ecosystem.
• Collaborate with department leads to understand hiring needs and priorities.
• Contribute to employer branding and talent engagement initiatives in the affiliate and marketing space.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within marketing, affiliate, or performance marketing projects.
• Understanding of key roles, metrics, and terminology in digital and affiliate industries.
• Confident use of LinkedIn Recruiter, Telegram sourcing, Boolean Search, and Djinni.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience recruiting IT specialists is a strong plus.
• English level: Intermediate or higher.
