🧩 Required Skills:
✅ Golang — at least 4 years of commercial experience
✅ Experience with smart contract development (Solidity / Rust)
✅ REST / RPC
✅ SQL (PostgreSQL) / NoSQL (MongoDB)
✅ Git
✅ Microservices architecture
✅ Familiarity with jsonrpc on EVM-compatible chains, Solana API
✅ Understanding of blockchain operations and basic design patterns

💻 Work Experience:
🔸 RESTful APIs, WebSocket, gRPC
🔸 SQL / NoSQL
🔸 Docker, Kubernetes
🔸 Monitoring (Prometheus + Grafana, DataDog)
🔸 CI/CD practices
