Recruiter
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Recruiter with experience in the iGaming industry, specifically in hiring for marketing and related roles. The ideal candidate will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and attracting talent to coordinating interviews and onboarding. A strong understanding of the iGaming landscape and marketing functions is essential to identify the best-fit candidates. The role requires excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for iGaming and marketing positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, networking, referrals)
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team culture, and recruitment priorities
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports, providing insights on hiring progress and market trends
- Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent in the iGaming and marketing sectors.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a recruiter, ideally in the iGaming industry and hiring for marketing roles
- Strong knowledge of the iGaming landscape, including sports betting and casino products, is highly desirable
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience with sourcing tools, ATS systems, and recruitment platforms
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
