Finance Support Specialist
Type: Full-Time
Location: Remote (GMT+1 / GMT+2 / GMT+3)
Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (European Time)
Role Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented, analytical, and reliable team member to join our Finance & Admin team. This role is ideal for professionals with finance, accounting, or administrative experience who want to grow their skills, take ownership of financial processes, and contribute to smooth operations across the organization.
Key Responsibilities Finance Operations
• Manage travel-related finance activities, including trip creation, validation, transaction matching, and review.
• Approve purchase requests in line with company policies and ensure proper documentation.
• Support accounting tasks such as item receipts, accruals, and expense reporting.
• Process bank and platform-based payments; review invoices and verify financial reports.
• Track and follow up on missing receipts with employees and vendors.
Administration & Records
• Maintain financial records and regularly update trackers in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Organize and manage financial and administrative documentation. • Support HR-related processes such as vacation balances and employee agreement records.
• Manage equipment records and support operational expense tracking.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth workflows.
Requirements
• Basic understanding of finance and accounting principles.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Excellent attention to detail with high accuracy.
• Strong analytical thinking and organizational skills.
• Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn.
• Strong communication skills (written & spoken).
• English level: B2 or higher (fluent).
