Project Manager

JUTEQ is an AI-native and cloud-native consulting firm helping enterprises in financial services, telecom, and healthcare build intelligent, production-grade systems. We combine the power of GenAI, cloud architecture, and automation to deliver next-generation business tools and platforms.

We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong technical background to lead delivery for our rapidly scaling AI Agent Platform. This role requires both operational excellence and technical fluency—someone who can translate between engineering and business teams, drive execution, and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership & Delivery

• Lead end-to-end project delivery across AI, cloud, and data initiatives—from planning and resource allocation to release management.
• Define project scope, goals, milestones, and success metrics in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Manage schedules, dependencies, and risks across engineering, product, and client teams.
• Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, retrospectives, and release readiness reviews.
• Track and report progress using data-driven metrics (velocity, throughput, burn-down, and quality KPIs).

Technical Program Management

• Coordinate complex integrations between AI orchestration systems, cloud services, and customer data pipelines.
• Review and validate technical specifications, architecture decisions, and implementation plans.
• Support teams in resolving blockers, managing change requests, and balancing speed with quality.
• Ensure security, scalability, and reliability standards are upheld across all deliverables.

Stakeholder & Client Management

• Act as the primary liaison between client stakeholders and internal technical teams.
• Translate business needs into actionable technical requirements and delivery plans.
• Manage client communications, expectation setting, and progress reporting.
• Facilitate technical and operational discussions with enterprise clients to ensure alignment on outcomes.

Team Coordination & Process Excellence

• Work closely with engineering and QA to ensure smooth execution.
• Identify process gaps and implement improvements for predictable delivery and team efficiency.
• Support resource forecasting and allocation across multiple projects.
• Promote accountability, ownership, and collaboration within distributed teams.

Product & Business Alignment

• Collaborate with product and sales teams to align project priorities with customer and business goals.
• Contribute to roadmap planning and release sequencing for AI-driven dealership products.
• Provide delivery insights that inform product strategy, scalability, and feature prioritization.

What We’re Looking For
Experience

• 5+ years total experience, including 3+ years in technical or project management roles within software or AI/cloud projects.
• Proven ability to manage multi-disciplinary technical teams (engineering, data, AI/ML, DevOps).
• Strong track record of delivering SaaS or enterprise software projects in fast-paced environments.
• Experience working directly with enterprise clients and managing multiple stakeholders.

Technical Background

• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and cloud-native architecture.
• Familiarity with modern stacks: Node.js, Python, React/Next.js, TypeScript, and AI/LLM platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic, Vertex AI).
• Knowledge of CI/CD, APIs, microservices, and data pipelines in production environments.
• Understanding of AI/automation systems, CRM or marketing automation tools is a plus.

Project Management Skills

• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum, sprint tracking, and tools like Jira, Notion, or Asana.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with a focus on delivery metrics and continuous improvement.
• Ability to balance competing priorities, manage risks, and keep complex projects on track.
• Excellent communication skills—able to bridge technical and non-technical audiences.

Bonus Points

• Experience in AI, automation consulting, or enterprise SaaS companies.
• Familiarity with automotive technology, dealership operations, or customer data platforms (CDPs).
• Knowledge of SOC 2, GDPR, or other compliance frameworks.
• PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification preferred.
