About the Role

We’re looking for a visionary and operational leader to launch and scale iGaming brands from the ground up. This role spans from ideation to full P&L ownership, team building to performance optimization. Key Responsibilities

• Launching new iGaming brands from concept to market entry
  Building and budgeting key departments (Product, Marketing, Operations)
• Creating and managing P&L models: financial planning, cost control, profit forecasting
• Driving and optimizing core metrics: LTV, CPA, ARPU, Retention, ROI
• Setting up scalable processes, KPIs, and OKRs for cross-functional teams
• Managing relationships with partners, providers, regulators, and investors

Requirements

• Proven experience in launching and scaling iGaming brands from zero to profitability
• Strong understanding of product and marketing analytics
• Experience building and managing remote teams from scratch
• Solid skills in financial planning and P&L management
• Strategic thinker with operational discipline and strong leadership presence
