We are now expanding our tender and bid operations to reach new B2B and government clients in the IT domain.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Project Manager with experience (or strong interest) in tender management, RFPs, and procurement in the IT or digital services sector.
This person will research and identify relevant tenders, prepare documentation, coordinate with internal teams, and manage the full bid submission process.

Key Responsibilities

Research and monitor tender platforms, procurement portals, and RFP listings relevant to software development, outsourcing, and IT services.

Analyze tender requirements, eligibility criteria, and documentation.

Coordinate with sales, legal, and tech teams to prepare proposals and technical offers.

Manage tender timelines, submission processes, and follow-ups.

Maintain a pipeline of open tenders and report status weekly.

Build and update a database of platforms and contacts for continuous opportunity tracking.

Requirements

Experience in project management, business development, or tender coordination (0–2 years).

Understanding of IT services, outsourcing, or SaaS models.

Strong written and analytical skills in English (B2+).

Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple submissions simultaneously.

Familiarity with platforms such as Prozorro, TED, EU Tenders, Upwork Enterprise, or corporate RFP systems is a plus.
