About the Role

We’re seeking a self-motivated HelpDesk Engineer to join our team and deliver technical support to our colleagues. You’ll get real ownership over improving how our office and teams are equipped technically — from setting up and maintaining devices to introducing smarter, more efficient solutions. You’ll be working in a modern office in Podil, hands-on with diverse equipment (MacOS, Linux, Windows Workstations).
To stay on top of priorities and plan your time effectively, you’ll manage tasks through our ticketing system (Jira).

 

What you’ll own

  • Maintain and monitor office network equipment, access control systems, and network performance;
  • Manage office hardware and employees’ work equipment;
  • Oversee employee access rights and corporate software licenses;
  • Set up software on work devices and provide technical support to employees;
  • Provide technical support during corporate events — including event recording, live streaming, and setup of microphones, cameras, etc.;
  • Ensure uninterrupted operation of network and office equipment (UPS, Starlink, etc.);
  • Manage corporate software licenses and access to internal systems;
  • Administer Google Workspace and Gmail;
  • Install and maintain technical equipment for conference calls (video/audio).

     

You’re a great fit if you have

  • At least 1 year of commercial experience in a SysAdmin/HelpDesk Engineer role
  • Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
  • Hands-on experience with MacOS, Unix (Linux), and Windows Workstation OS (installation, configuration, troubleshooting, updates)
  • Experience with networking (RouterOS, VLAN management, IPsec, DNS, etc.)
  • Experience with Google Workspace Administration, Gmail, Microsoft Office 365, and Jira/Confluence Administration
  • Experience working with any MDM systems (Jamf, JumpCloud, etc.)
