Lead Generation Manager

We are looking for a Lead Generation Manager (Sales) to manage and execute outbound prospecting campaigns aimed at attracting new B2B clients. You will be responsible for identifying ideal customer profiles, initiating contact, and generating qualified leads that contribute to our growth. The role involves close collaboration with company leadership and technical teams to ensure alignment between outreach strategy and service offerings.

- Define and implement lead generation strategies aligned with company goals.
- Launch and manage outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Qualify leads, schedule meetings, and ensure smooth handoff to relevant stakeholders.
- Track performance metrics and continuously improve targeting and messaging.
- Maintain lead databases and ensure a structured approach to managing pipelines.
- Collaborate with internal experts to tailor outreach based on services and industry focus.
- Stay up to date with trends in outbound strategy, automation, and AI-based tools.

🍰 Role Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in lead generation, SDR, or outbound B2B roles.
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Hunter, or similar platforms.
- Strong written communication and outreach skills.
- English level B2+.
- Understanding of B2B sales cycles and lead qualification.
- Ability to manage and track pipelines.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on KPIs and continuous optimization.
Experience working in remote-first environments is a plus.
