Junior Product Manager

Kiss My Apps is a platform company uniting 7 product verticals and over 30 AI-first products, with 100M+ users and a proprietary ecosystem of analytics, payments, and marketing solutions.

KMA products are global leaders in the utilities, lifestyle, and health & fitness niches — including AI Remodel, Printer, Botan, Calorie Counter, and more. These are top-ranking apps in the App Store, serving the needs of hundreds of millions of users around the world.

Our pace is our competitive advantage. KMA grows at least 3x year over year — and we’re looking for a Product Manager to help us scale even faster.

About the Role:
You’ll be working with Chillio, a wellbeing app that helps users build healthy habits, take better care of themselves, understand their emotions, stay focused, and achieve their goals.

Chillio has already achieved positive unit economics and continues to scale rapidly. Your main area of responsibility will be web funnels — building, optimizing, and adapting them for different user segments. This is an opportunity to propose ideas, test hypotheses, influence key metrics, and grow alongside a strong product team.

Your responsibilities:

  • Generate hypotheses to improve the product experience and validate them through A/B tests and analytics.
  • Closely collaborate with the product designer, developers, and marketing team during weekly sprints.
  • Work with product metrics, unit economics, conversions, and growth opportunities.
  • Analyze user behavior, identify new segments, and adapt user flows accordingly.
  • Participate in quarterly product planning and help shape the web direction roadmap.
  • Maintain documentation of hypotheses, decisions, research, and results.

What we expect from you:

  • At least 6 months of experience as a Product Marketing Manager, Creative Marketing Manager, User Acquisition Manager, or in a related role.
  • Solid understanding of product analytics fundamentals: working with metrics, unit economics, hypothesis generation, and testing.
  • Growth mindset — curiosity about user behavior and a constant search for new growth opportunities.
  • English level B2+ — ability to understand professional terminology and work with English-language content.
  • Initiative, openness to feedback, and fast learning ability.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, communication skills, and teamwork.
  • Leadership potential and a desire to grow within the product direction.

You’ll fit in if you’re looking for:

  • A real impact on the product and the ability to see quick results from your work.
  • A chance to join a fast-growing app with $10M ARR and +50% QoQ growth.
  • The opportunity to learn from a strong team and receive mentorship.
  • A high level of trust, freedom for initiative, and a clear path to grow into a team lead role.

We offer:

  1. Work format of your choice: fully remote from anywhere in the free world, as well as access to one of our offices if desired (Kyiv, Warsaw).
  2. Conditions that help you focus on performance: fair compensation that matches your skills and experience. We also provide equipment regardless of work format and location.
  3. Career growth through action: 80%+ of all leads at Kiss My Apps were switchers just 2–3 years ago. Your impact here isn’t defined by years on your resume — it’s defined by how quickly you learn, take responsibility, and own your career.
  4. Well-being program: we care about the mental health of our team and provide access to individual or group therapy sessions with a corporate psychologist, as well as online yoga classes twice a week.
  5. Development and professional fulfillment: we host internal English speaking clubs with a native speaker, and offer opportunities to speak at internal and external events by Kiss My Apps. In addition, you’ll have an annual budget to cover up to 50% of the cost of professional conferences, educational events, and training.
  6. Additional benefits of your choice: We offer a fixed annual budget for you to decide how to spend — 50% coverage of health insurance, therapy, sports, or dental care. Plus, 40 days of paid vacation and sick leave with no date restrictions.
  7. Support during wartime: we provide everything needed for uninterrupted work, systematically support the Defense Forces, and participate in Ukraine’s recovery initiatives.

What the hiring process looks like:

  • Intro call with a recruiter — up to 45 minutes to discuss your expectations and KMA culture.
  • Test task — a practical assignment close to real product challenges.
  • Technical interview with the CEO — to better understand your thinking and problem-solving approach.
  • Final interview with the CEO and CMO — bar-raising and culture fit.

If you want not just to complete tasks, but to personally improve a digital product used by millions, let’s launch the future together. 🚀
