HR Implementation Partner

Role Description
 

We’re looking for HR Implementation Partners to help our clients set up and optimize their HR and recruitment processes.
You’ll act as a trusted advisor and integration partner, guiding companies through implementation and helping them get the most out of our platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients in setting up their company profiles, HR, and recruitment modules.
• Provide consulting on HR processes such as hiring, onboarding, and people management.
• Advise founders and HR directors on how to structure their workflows.
• Collaborate with the Sales and Support teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.

Who We’re Looking For

• Experienced HR professionals, recruiters, or HR consultants.
• Strong understanding of HR operations in small and mid-sized IT or digital companies.
• Excellent communication and advisory skills when working with founders, managers, and HR teams.
• Genuine interest in tech, SaaS, and ERP systems.
