IT Recruiter to $1600
Weβre seeking an IT Recruiter with 1-3 years of experience to join our team and help us grow by identifying and engaging top tech talent.
Responsibilities:
β Manage the full recruitment cycle β from sourcing to job offers (70% of time)
β Source candidates via LinkedIn, Djinni, DOU, and other platforms
β Communicate with candidates via chat and online interviews
β Create job posts and interview scripts
β Keep candidate data up to date in CRM
β Coordinate technical interviews and test tasks with the team
β Working with the team (30% of all time) - helping with PTOs, birthday greetings, 1:1 quarter calls, duties and responsibilities statement, etc.
β Searching specialists for white label projects.
Requirements:
β 1-3 years of experience as an IT Recruiter or Talent Sourcer
β Understanding of developersβ roles and technology specifics
β Experience with sourcing tools and CRM systems
β Strong communication and organizational skills
β Verbal English level B2 or higher
β Attention to detail, proactivity, and responsibility
Will be a plus:
β Familiarity with HR processes (onboarding, offboarding, tracking vacations, etc.)
β Experience working with European candidates and conducting interviews in English
β Background in sourcing MERN stack developers
