Product Design Engineer (v0 + Tailwind + Storybook)

We are looking for a CRACKED BUILDER.

A cracked builder is a rare hybrid of engineer, designer, and product thinker who moves fast, makes things beautiful, and always delivers real user impact.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and implement clean, responsive interfaces using TailwindCSS, HTML, and CSS.
• Enable engineers to build fast (think Storybook, design tokens, etc.)
• Leverage v0 and other AI tools to accelerate prototyping and development.
• Contribute directly to the codebase via GitHub pull requests.
• Ensure visual and interaction consistency across the product.

• Ship incremental improvements - no "redesign projects".

   

You Are

• A hands-on builder who enjoys coding and designing.
• Obsessed with taste and product quality.
• Strong at written communication - clarity matters in async work.
• Pragmatic: you solve problems, not debate tools.

• Comfortable with high autonomy.

   

Requirements

• Excellent command of HTML, CSS, and TailwindCSS.
• Understanding of component-driven design and Storybook workflows.
• Experience with v0 or similar AI-assisted UI tools.
• Familiarity with Git and PR workflows.
• Optional: working knowledge of Laravel & AlpineJS (or willingness to learn quickly).
