A product company based in Israel and Dnipro has an open position of Support Game/Game Operation Specialist.

 

Requirements:

  • Handle game content availability issues
  • Promptly react to any changes in provider/game activity status
  • Communicate with third-party integrations regarding any operational issues
  • Update game placement based on the requests from third-party integrations
  • Communicate with the support/monitoring teams on major issues requiring immediate attention
  • Pass relevant info on game content to the developers
  • Handle operational questions related to the provider/game management domain

  • Understanding the principles of casino operation
  • Required - Advanced English
  • Big advantage - understanding of game integration settings in the casino
  • Working with cross-functional teams
  • Good communication skills
