Requirements:
- Handle game content availability issues
- Promptly react to any changes in provider/game activity status
- Communicate with third-party integrations regarding any operational issues
- Update game placement based on the requests from third-party integrations
- Communicate with the support/monitoring teams on major issues requiring immediate attention
- Pass relevant info on game content to the developers
- Handle operational questions related to the provider/game management domain
