We are looking for a Game Manager 🚀
What you’ll be doing
1. Game content management
Maintain and update the game catalog for assigned products.
Add new titles and partners according to release schedules and internal agreements.
Tag, categorize, and organize content into collections (e.g., New, Popular, Recommended).
Disable or hide titles when needed due to technical issues, regulations, or business priorities.
2. Analytics and optimization
Analyze performance of games and partners based on engagement, activity, and retention metrics.
Identify top-performing and underperforming titles.
Suggest catalog improvements and content placements to boost overall performance.
3. Partner management
Coordinate the onboarding and setup of new content providers through the platform.
Communicate with partner account managers about promotional tools and feature availability.
Request and apply content-level updates, exclusive offers, or custom campaigns.
Verify game content and settings in accordance with internal or jurisdictional requirements.
4. Promotions & cross-team collaboration
Assist CRM in configuring and testing promotional activities.
Participate in selecting titles and defining campaign parameters.
Coordinate with the Content team to ensure correct display of categories, banners, and tournaments.
5. Documentation & support
Keep an updated list of active content and partners for each product line.
Maintain documentation on partner details (rules, configurations, limitations, etc.).
Update internal knowledge bases with guidelines and FAQs.
Follow established workflows and contribute to process improvement when necessary.
Our ideal candidate
1+ years of experience working as a Game/Promo/Release Manager or in a related product role.
Strong understanding of performance metrics and their impact: engagement rate, conversion, average bet/spend, and ROI.
Experience in negotiating and managing relationships with partners; strong communication and diplomatic skills.
Good understanding of game mechanics and player behavior.
Analytical mindset and experience presenting results through data and metrics.
English proficiency — Intermediate level or higher.
