Lead Research Sourcer

Role Overview:
We’re looking for a Sourcer to join our lead generation team and help identify potential clients that fit our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). The Sourcer will work closely with the Lead Generation Specialist, supporting the research and validation of new leads through platforms such as LinkedIn, Apollo, Crunchbase, and others.

Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential leads according to ICP criteria
  • Collect and verify company and contact data (email, LinkedIn, role, region etc.)
  • Organize and maintain lead lists in HubSpot CRM
  • Collaborate with the LeadGen Specialist to ensure quality and relevance of leads
  • Assist in refining targeting strategy and ICP definitions

Requirements:

  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Experience with LinkedIn, Apollo, HubSpot or similar tools
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher
  • Previous experience in lead sourcing or B2B prospecting will be a plus
