What You’ll Do as a Customer Success Specialist
- Onboard & Activate: Guide new customers from kickoff to go‑live (domains ready, mailboxes verified, warm‑up plans in place). Create clear playbooks and checklists.
- Set up & Configure Domains: Register, warm-up, and manage domains for clients at scale.
- Inbox Creation & Platform Layering: Spin up and monitor mailboxes across Gmail, Microsoft, SMTP, and other custom solutions tailored to each customer’s needs.
- Frontline Support: Handle inbound questions via Slack/email. Triage issues, reproduce, resolve or escalate with crisp diagnostics and status updates.
- Deliverability Ops: Run bi-weekly inbox placement tests, manage domain rotation, diagnose/fix sender reputation issues, blacklist monitoring, and bi-weekly health reporting.
- System Automation: Identify repetitive tasks and automate using AI tools.
- Knowledge Base & SOPs: Write help docs, macros, runbooks, and short Looms. Keep everything searchable and current.
- Voice of Customer: Capture feedback, common blockers, and feature requests. Partner with the Infra/Product team to improve product for end customer.
- Expansion & Retention: Spot opportunities for plan upgrades, additional domains/mailboxes, and adjacent services. Protect renewals through value proof and ROI storytelling.
You Are a Great Fit If:
- You’re part Customer success, part AI nerd, part deliverability expert — comfortable with both systems and client-facing work.
- You have strong experience in outbound lead generation and in building/managing outbound systems.
- You’re deeply familiar with Google/Microsoft admin and DNS panel navigation.
- You’ve used cold email and warm-up tools.
- You’re technically curious — you love automation, troubleshooting, and building repeatable systems with the help of AI.
- You communicate clearly and directly: docs, Slack, async Looms, etc.
- You love helping customers achieve better results — diagnosing issues across copy, infrastructure, and sending strategy

Strongly preferred: Candidates with hands-on experience in outbound lead generation, managing cold emails at scale, deliverability, and mailbox setup. If you have real expertise in these areas and can demonstrate it — you’ll stand out.
