Recruiter

We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Recruiter to join our international HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle — from identifying talent to successfully closing positions across different departments and levels. You’ll work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment, helping us attract and hire top professionals worldwide.

 

This position is fully remote, offering flexibility and growth within a global organization.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process — from job posting and sourcing to interviewing and hiring.
  • Manage a wide range of roles, from nurses and administrative staff to senior-level specialists and executives.
  • Actively search for candidates using multiple channels (job boards, social media, referrals, and networking).
  • Conduct pre-screening interviews and evaluate candidates’ fit for open positions.
  • Coordinate communication between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth recruitment experience.
  • Support HR processes and contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment strategies.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports.

 

Qualifications:

  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher (spoken and written).
  • Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition — preferably full-cycle recruitment.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies at once and adapt to various recruitment profiles.
  • A proactive, energetic attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
  • Experience working with ATS or CRM systems is a plus.
  • Understanding of or interest in the medical, healthcare, or biotech sectors will be an advantage.
