Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, launch, and optimize Paid Social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and other relevant social platforms.
  • Analyze and improve campaign performance against established KPIs, keeping long-term profitability (ROAS mindset) as the north star while maintaining efficiency guardrails (ROAS/CPA/CPP).
  • Run a disciplined testing cadence: propose hypotheses, prioritize a backlog, ship iterations quickly, and scale winning combinations; maintain a weekly view of tests and outcomes.
  • Drive the creative engine with a Creative Producer and Design: generate ideas, brief and review UGC/motion/AI concepts, and apply clear kill/scale rules; leverage formats such as Reels, Spark Ads, and Playables.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, ASO, Design, and BI/Analytics to achieve user acquisition goals and improve the end-to-end funnel ad β†’ store/CPP β†’ onboarding β†’ paywall β†’ purchase.
  • Set up and maintain tracking and analytics to accurately measure performance under iOS attribution constraints (SKAdNetwork/AEM); work effectively with an MMP (Adjust preferred / AppsFlyer), including postback sanity checks and server-to-server/CAPI where relevant.
  • Work with large data sets, conduct deep analysis, and create clear, actionable performance reports and playbooks.
  • Document learnings and contribute to a living Growth Knowledge Base (tests, insights, best practices).
  • Participate in developing strategies to attract users and increase engagement across products and geographies.

 

 

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience buying traffic for iOS subscription apps on major social platforms, with a solid understanding of SKAN/AEM principles.
  • Experience with analytics and MMPs (Adjust preferred, AppsFlyer), Firebase, and BI tools (Tableau/Looker/Sheets).
  • Proficiency with the main sources of mobile user acquisition, especially Meta and TikTok; ability to take channels from first launch to stable, profitable scale.
  • Experience with web-to-app flows and custom product pages (CPPs).
  • Strong analytical skills: cohort/LTV thinking, structured experimentation, and clear reporting.
  • Experience working with substantial budgets and making data-driven reallocation decisions.
  • Experience launching projects from scratch, strong ownership, and a proactive, collaborative approach.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a cross-functional team.
  • English at Intermediate level or higher.
