Client Acquisition Manager (Web and Mobile Projects) to $4000
SvartDev OÜ is an Estonian IT company specializing in the development of web and mobile solutions, as well as internal business systems for B2B clients in logistics, retail, HoReCa, construction, services, and other industries.
We are looking for an active partner to help us expand our client network across Europe, Asia, and other global regions.
Responsibilities
- Identify and attract new B2B clients for web and mobile development projects.
- Build partnerships with businesses in logistics, retail, construction, restaurants, beauty salons, and IT sectors.
- Present company services, communicate with potential clients, and coordinate deals up to contract signing.
- Work closely with our internal team to share information on leads and signed projects.
Regions
We are open to collaboration with partners from:
- Europe (including Scandinavia and Eastern Europe)
- The Middle East
- Asia (Thailand, Indonesia, etc.)
- South Africa and Latin America
Compensation
- Commission-based model: 15–20% for each signed and paid project.
- For the first 5 new clients, the commission rate is increased to 25–30% to support your initial efforts.
- After successful performance, a long-term partnership can be established.
Requirements
- Registered legal entity or individual entrepreneur status (FOP / self-employed / company) for signing the cooperation agreement and receiving payments.
- Previous experience in B2B sales, IT, or consulting is an advantage.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, independence, and result orientation.
