Responsibilities

• Conduct market and niche research for clients;
• Develop marketing strategies and plans;
• Source and coordinate specialists/contractors;
• Prepare presentations and client reports;
• Set up and launch email campaigns;
• Participate in client discussions, identify needs, and translate them into solutions.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in marketing (digital / performance / branding);
• Experience working directly with clients: collecting requirements, presenting solutions, managing expectations;
• Background in a marketing agency with multi-client workload and project-based tasks;
• Experience in market/industry research and analysis;
• Ability to develop marketing strategies and break them down into tasks;
• Hands-on experience with email marketing (even small-scale).
• Strong presentation skills (Google Slides).
• Good understanding of the sales funnel and digital promotion channels.
   

Will be plus

• Experience in project management / coordinating external contractors;
• Familiarity with CRM and analytics tools;
• Basic knowledge of SEO / content marketing / paid ads;
• Understanding of agency workflows.
   

Technical Stack

• Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides);
• Email marketing tools (SendGrid, UniSender or similar);
• Task management tools (Trello, Jira, Notion – basic level);
• Google Analytics / GA4 (preferable).
