AI Voice and Prompt Engineer (Betting / iGaming industry)

About the Ideal Candidate

We’re especially interested in candidates who started their journey in Sales or Marketing and have transitioned into AI over the past 1–2 years. You likely have a solid grasp of how LLMs work under the hood, can think from both the business and user experience perspective, and have already built AI voice agents — possibly as a freelancer or for custom client projects.

 

Responsibilities

  • Design and optimize prompts for AI voice agents.
  • Build and customize agents for multiple clients and use cases.
  • Experiment with and test new LLMs to improve performance.
  • Fine-tune and configure TTS/STT models for natural and native-sounding voices.
  • Record and integrate new voices with native speakers.
  • Develop unique solutions for advanced AI voice applications.

     

Candidate Profile

  • 1+ year of commercial experience with AI.
  • Strong written English.

 

Practical Skills

  • Experience with AI sales agents, multilingual.
  • Prompt engineering and scripting.
  • Preparing and integrating knowledge bases.
  • Understanding of voice AI assistants’ principles.
  • Knowledge of TTS/STT setup and voice customization.

 

Nice to Have

  • Understanding of SIP Trunking.
  • Hands-on experience creating custom voices.

 

Hiring Test

Candidates will be asked to:

  • Build a voice agent based on an English specification.
  • Demonstrate precise word pronunciation control in output.
  • Create a custom voice from recordings.
