Middle+ System Administrator
What to expect of your role:
We are expanding the system administration team to support the company’s growth and ensure stable operations for all offices and remote employees.
What you need to succeed in this role:
- 2–4 years of experience as a System Administrator or in a related technical role;
- Hands-on experience with Windows, macOS, and Linux (setup and administration);
- Knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), VPN, VLAN, and basic networking principles;
- Understanding of security tools: antivirus, firewall, backup solutions, MDM, and logging systems;
- Strong troubleshooting skills for both hardware and software issues;
- Experience working with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira) and maintaining technical documentation;
- Basic knowledge of scripting or automation (Bash, PowerShell - a plus);
- Experience with Active Directory, group policies, and virtualisation platforms (VMware, Hyper-V, etc) - a plus.
You will be expected to:
- Technical support for employees (Windows, macOS, Linux);
- Installation and configuration of workstations and software;
- Processing and prioritising requests in Jira;
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware, peripheral devices, and network issues;
- Managing the equipment lifecycle: inventory, setup, and maintenance of new devices;
- Configuring and maintaining security tools (VPN, antivirus, MDM, etc);
- Ensuring compliance with IT policies and security requirements;
- Maintaining and updating technical documentation.
