Middle Delivery Manager

Your next role:
We’re looking for a Delivery Manager who will make sure projects run smoothly, clients feel supported, and teams stay motivated and aligned. You’ll be the link between business goals and daily operations, helping us scale with quality and trust.
The position was created to support the company’s fast-paced development and scaling initiatives.

What You’ll Be Working On:

• Establish high-quality service and maintain delivery frameworks, tools, and methodologies tailored to internal projects and service models;
• Build solid relationships with clients, opening doors for long-term collaboration and growth;
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Project, and Engineering to sync delivery with strategic business goals;
• Be the go-to escalation point for clients; keep expectations aligned and trust strong
• Own and enhance delivery frameworks, tools, and methodologies tailored to our internal and service models;
• Align delivery strategies with company growth plans.

What we expect from you:

• Strong understanding of product and outsource delivery models, processes, and lifecycles;
• Strong problem-solving skills, strategic mindset with a knack for operational optimization, and a results-driven mindset;
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills;
• English - Advanced +;
• 3+ years of relevant experience in one or more areas: delivery management, account management, program management, or client success in IT outsourcing;
• Experience working in IT outsourcing company;
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects/accounts simultaneously;
• Experience in driving both delivery excellence and account growth;
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, SAFe, or ITIL) are a plus.
