About the Role
We’re looking for a Business Development Manager with the passion and energy to open new doors and create meaningful business connections across Europe.

What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute business growth strategies in the European market.
- Build and nurture long-term partnerships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Identify new opportunities and turn them into success stories.
- Represent MintyMint at industry events, forums, and tech conferences.
What We’re Looking For
- Driven by results and motivated from within.
- Fluent English (B2+ level).
- Proven experience in B2B sales (ideally within the IT industry).
- Confident networker and negotiator — you know how to make things happen.
