About the Role

We’re looking for a Business Development Manager with the passion and energy to open new doors and create meaningful business connections across Europe.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute business growth strategies in the European market.
  • Build and nurture long-term partnerships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Identify new opportunities and turn them into success stories.
  • Represent MintyMint at industry events, forums, and tech conferences.


What We’re Looking For

  • Driven by results and motivated from within.
  • Fluent English (B2+ level).
  • Proven experience in B2B sales (ideally within the IT industry).
  • Confident networker and negotiator — you know how to make things happen.
